Hello,
I am using MS Office 2000 SP-3 and I seem to have something odd going on with my Outlook.
I do not have any problem with Outlook except this one thing, which only happens when I start a new message. I click on ‘New’ to open my message and my Formatting Toolbar is there but the options are all grayed out.
I have two computers both running Office 2000 for a while now and both have this quirk with the Formatting Toolbar. I don’t know why I didn’t notice it a while ago. It’s probably because I usually just whip off quick e-mails and don’t do any thing that requires use of this tool bar.
I have checked every setting and option I could think, read all the help files but I’m still stumped. Again I have Full functionality in all other aspects of Outlook with the exception of this Tool bar thing.
Thanks for your help.
