Okidata Printer Driver Not Allowing Selection of Custom Form

We have created a custom form for labels and we are not
able to select that form at the printer level. It seems
to be related to the printer driver. This is a
frustrating occurance because when the operating system
was NT we could select the custom form for this printer,
but now that we are using Windows 2000 we can't. Any
suggestions?
 
On 2000 and XP you will have to define a custom form:
In the Printers dialog select File->Server Properties. There is a tab to
define the custom page size. Of course the driver must support the custom
size or it will not be shown in the application.
