OKI C9500dxn Led Printer problem: Error Code:380

the printer is saying open side cover error code 380 but I have looke
in the side taken out the paper tray and looked in there and als
taken out the colour cartridges and fuser cartridge out but to n
avail
Not sure what to try next

OKI's advice is as follows-
Check to see if there is any paper jammed in the tray, if not then examine the
tray for damage, if not then replace the tray.
I am no convinced that this is enough advice.
Does the error occur at power on or when you try to print?
