Heyyyy Im Suchley and need aboit of guidence..Im choosing a laptop for college work a game and bit of music and wirless internet yeah! but dont know what to choose can someone guide me i have 300 - 400 quid!

Suggest you look at Click Here or considor buying from www.morgancomputers.co.uk and look at Acer Laptops.
But you budget is low for a decent brand new one!

what about the E-I S laptops are they any good one on pc world for £389...Well Fectkit i cant complain about budget as im only on 6 quid a hour as a diesel fitter ok lol "part time may i add" im a student dollar is alwasy going to be low and i anit a mummys or daddys hand out boy

Hi Suchley, and welcome to the forums

Those EIS PC's at PC World are a pain to get support and drivers etc for - I personally wouldn't get one

On your budget I would concur with feckit, and also see if there are any Medion/Gericom lappys due at Aldi or some of those similar stores (Lidl?) soon, they are pretty good for the money - I have a Gericom I bought from there over a year ago, runs great 24/7

At the moment dell have some good offers on laptops such as free double ram upgrade

also i would wait till after christmas to buy a laptop because prices will probably drop in the sales so you can get a better spec for the same price
