The High Court in London has ruled that bloggers have no right to privacy under British law since “blogging is essentially a public rather than a private activity.”

Sorry,but in my opinion if you post something on the WWW why should you have any privacy rights. If you want fecking privacy, well then write letters to your bloody friends..
