I am trying to set up a autoresponder from Outlook 2002.
Using the "rules wizard" I've created a "blank" rule
replying to certain words. Then the best option (it
seems) is to "reply using a template" whcih would be
ideal (I think). However, I have spent hours trying to
figure out how to create a .oft template to no avial.

How would I create a template, or should I choose another
option such as "run script" or "run action"? If so is
there a web page that wil tell me how to create actions
or scripts?
