oft files

Hey all, I'm currently using Microsoft Works, which only includes Word. Is there any way for me to open an oft file so I can email the template to someone else?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, I'm using Word 2002, with SP-2 installed as well as all of the critical updates.
 
Anyone have any input for this? Or any third party software programs that
can read an Outlook File Template (.oft) ???

Why not just attach the file to a message and have the user save it in their
"Templates" folder for use in future messages? You might also want to check
in the Outlook NewsGroups for more assistance.
