Offline send mail error

Hello,

We are using Outlook 2002 with sp2. The Exchange Server
is hosted offsite by our provider.

The end user is set up as having the .ost file and works
offline. When attempting to send email messages at times
the user will receive the error below.

'Remote was unable to open a message for submission on
the server The client operation failed'

Is it the cause of the synchronization failure to the
exchange server, the exchange server itself, or the remote
end of the other mail server?

Is there a fix this? More and more users are beginning to
receive this. Thank you.
 
Sounds like a communication issue, but you should contact whomever is
hosting Exchange for you.
