OFFLINE FOLDERS

I am trying to configure Offline files with WIN2K Pro SP4 and XP Pro SP1.
The File Server is WIN2K Server SP4.

I am able to synch but the offline folders show no directory structure --
Only files !!!. This is extremely confusing to the user.

Prior to receiving a new file server, everything was fine and all offline
folders were shown. Now the only thing I see are files and files and more
files !!!

Has anybody come across this? Any thoughts?

It is a domain. AD running WIN2K Server SP4

What settings do I need to change? This driving me crazy?
