Offline Folder problem

Hello all, I use Offline folders at my company with my
windows 2000 and xp machines. However I am having an
issue with one machine. I enable offline folders in the
settings and enable it to synchronize. I go to the
network drive folder I want to synch, choose to make the
offline folders offline, it asks me if I want subfolders
enabled offline as well. I choose yes. The nothing
happens the files dont synch, even when I log off and the
check mark and arrow dont appear on the folder I tried to
synch, almost seems like nothing has happened.

This is what I have done

1. Enabled and renabled offline no luck
2. Put all updates and service packs on the machine
3. Recreated the users profile, nothing seems to work

Any ideas anyone, I would hate to have to redo a machine
for this.

For what it's worth, I've given up on offline folders - I've had too many
problems like this, and lost data. I've started using SecondCopy 2000
(www.centered.com) - it's $29 USD, and works really well. I have no
affiliation with the company other than liking their product.
