Hello,
I am curious if anyone has encountered this issue.
Like many companys we have laptop users where we map their "My Documents"
folder back to a server share. The "My Documents" folder is then made
available offline files. I have a user that will create a file offline.
Then log their computer onto the network. The laptop tells them that they
have a "new" file to sync over. It attempts to sync the file over and them
gives an error back that "access" is denied. Then once you logoff the
computer the new file is then sync'ed to the server successfully.
I have set the same user up on a different laptop and the issue does not
happen so I am confident that it is nothing with the server.
I have set another user up on the same laptop that is having the issue and
the same problem occurs.
Please help.
Jason
