You reply wasn't particularly helpful!. The main reason was, I wasn't sure
what I had done, or not done, even after browsing the linked URL.

However, after some more research ( I'm hoping that was the reason ) I find
I need CSCCMD version 1.1 ( with the "EXTRACT" command ). The resource kit
does not include ver 1.1 nor do any of the updates. Even though the
documentation shows the "EXTRACT" as being included.
Microsoft does not seem to have released this revision, although some users
have managed to get hold of it from MS over the last two years.

So my next question is: Does anyone have the version 1.1 of CSCMD, and if
so, can I have a copy?.
I will keep on battling with MS though!

Regards

You can get CSCCMD Release 1.1 from Microsoft. They will email it to you
Call the MS support number. And ask for a tool that is described in a
Microsoft document. The document reference is 884739.
