There is a hotfix for this issue if this is on XP. If so, call Microsoft and as for the hotfix for 841631.
Thanks,

'--'I have a user on a Win2K machine who started getting an error if he tried to
'--'add any more folders or files to his offline files. Now he gets the same
'--'error when it starts to sync the ones he has, the error says "Offline files
'--'error - Reached End of File". At first I thought it may be a size issue, but
'--'he is only trying to do 2-3 hundred mb. I saw something for this problem in
'--'XP but nothing for 2000. Has anyone else seen this or know any possible
'--'causes/solutions?
