Offline Files.......Can't see Folders?

When I sync the offline files/folders it only shows me
the files not the folders. Is this normal? And is there
any way to show the folders because this view is
completely annoying.

It is not normal to see just files. You be able to see files and folders
that have been made available offline. How did you make the folders you
can't see available offline?
