Offline files and Powerpoint

We have come across a problem with offline files and Powerpoint. When the
user is offline he is unable to save .ppt files to his offline files cache
area with the following error message: F:\presentation.ppt already exists
and cant be replaced.

This only happens when the user is offline.
Any ideas?

Hi Tim,

From your post, I was not able to get a clear idea as to what issue you are
encountering.

Does the problem only occur in PowerPoint? How about Notepad or WordPad?
Do you make the F: partition available offline on your computer?
Are you trying to save file to Offline Files Folder?
Can you click Save As to chose another file name and save to the Offline
Files Folder?

It will be better that you forward us a screen capture for the error
message.
