HELP!!! We have several traveling users that use offline files. However, recently they were working off the network and their offline store was disabled. Anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

Hi

You could have a rights/ownership problem on the target path (or it could be something else). Have you looked in the event log to see if it is reporting anything?

I do not think so, it is there personal directory (which they have change permissions). We have looked at the event log and have not come up with anything. Now, we were able to turn synchronization back on for these users, however, we have no explanation of why this happened or how to prevent it from happening again.
