You can't.

If you have a networked computer which is XP Pro (as I have) then you can
synchronise the Offline folders on that computer (the one with XP Pro) but
not the other way (on a XP Home).

I know this as I have a desktop with XP Home, networked to a laptop with XP
Pro.
