Hello Leo,
The phone option displays in the activation wizard on the last day before
expiration.
Open an Elevated CMD prompt ( right-click on cmd prompt and choose to run
as administrator)
then run slui 4
This will run the activation wizard with the phone option displayed before
the last day.
