There is no such thing, at this date of the world’s history, in America,
as an independent press. You know it and I know it… The business of the
Journalist is to destroy truth; To lie outright; To pervert; To vilify;
To fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for
his daily bread. You know it and I know it and what folly is this
toasting an independent press? We are the tools and vassals for rich men
behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and
we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and or lives are all the
property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes.
– John Swinton, former Chief of Staff, The New York Times, circa 1880

No problems either here. Even tried to fry it... sorry no go... 9800 pro
just doesnt want to cooperate lol

that would be 3.8 drivers......no monitor jumping refresh but my 2D sucked big time went back to 3.7

Well... my 22" Viewsonic P225f started to act very strange a couple of weeks
ago and one day when i turned it on it started to sound bad and died totally
with a bad smell coming from the inside. I've bought it for about a year ago
and before this happend and it has worked like a charm. I have the 9800Pro
and i was using Cat 3.7 before the 3.8 was installed. Hmm...

I think Pro series from Viewsonic are pretty well protected agains high
refresh rates, my G series is, it just says out of scan or someting like
that...

You are correct: it does that on boot. Any claims that a card killed
a ViewSonic monitor are pure unadulterated BS.
