Anyone here have any experience using OfficeFX? If so, is it reliable and
would you use it again (when appropriate, of course)?

Sorry in advance if this has already been covered. I've done a search
through the newsgroup archive and didn't come up with anything.

TIA

OfficeFx is an excellent product, but requires a rather high-end
system/graphics-card to run. If you have the really good toys, than it
supplies some great effects.

I've used OfficeFX before, and it worked well.

Downside:
- some additional time to set up (esp the first time you use it)
- it requires a fast computer
- a couple of my PPT effects weren't supported (but most were)

Upside:
- it didn't look like typical PPT
- the audience loved it

This is not (IMHO) for every presentation, but it does have its place and
I'll use it again.

Thanks everyone. I'm going to go ahead and use OfficeFX for a big
presentation at the end of this week. I'll write back later and let people
know how it went.

John
