Is there any version of Microsoft Office that is fully funcional with Vista?
After using Front Page for years I find out that it doesn't work with VIsta.
I use it for personal use so I don;t have a lot of money to purchase another
program for 100's of dollars. Thanks

You might want to check out SeaMonkey that comes with Composer which is
similar to Front Page. Check it out at:

As far as Office is concerned, 03 and 07 work with Vista but they aren't
cheap to say the least. Besides SeaMonkey, you might also want to check
out Open Office at http://www.openoffice.org/ Both Open Office and
SeaMonkey are free.

FrontPage 2003 works but I understand that there are one or two issues.

Expression Web, the Microsoft replacement for FrontPage is nothing like as
user friendly.

You may want to try this one. It is called CoffeeCup 2008, there is a trial
version, and only costs $49 if you decide to go for it..

Have you tried mozilla suite? It contains mozilla composer. There are also
several Open Source html editors: amaya, bluefish, etc. While on the
subject, you'll also save a lot of money by going with OpenOffice.org next
time around instead of buying a new MS Office. It's highly compatible and
will import/export MS office files.

Front Page works just fine on Vista. As Mike said there is one or two minor issues that can easily be ignored. See the below link as for versions of Office that is supported in Vista.
What issues are you having with FP.
You also might want to post these issues over to the expressions newsgroup.

Both 2003 and 2007 are fully functional. Office 2000 has only one problem
under Vista that I know--Outlook 2000 won't keep your E-mail address, and
you have to continually re-enter it.

I am using Office 2002. Front Page will shut down when I try to create a
hyperlink.

Have you installed SP1 in Vista?

That bug was a known issue in FP2003 also before SP1 came along.

The best Web page editors are free. FrontPage has always been a dog. It
codes webpages in 8 times the lines that you really need.

It's a tool. Used properly, it produces good code. Used in an
amateurish fashion, it produces crap. Think of it like a chisel and a
block of wood: in the hands Michelangelo, it produces incredible
beauty; in the hands of most of us, it produces wood chips.

If you use FP strictly as an editing interface, taking advantage of
roughly the same features as you get in a program like Composer, it's
not bad. If you use many of it's "advanced" features, or use it with
no knowledge of HTML, you (not it) produce junk.
