I have a registered version of Office XP Standard. I have recently upgraded
my PC which necessitated a reload and now, of course when I relaunch any
Office application I get "Activate Now" etc, and I have 43 new launches
before it goes belly up (I guess).

Will MSoft recognise my copy as already activated when I do this again????

You'll be able to activate again - you shouldn't need to do anything,
and it should automatically activate over the Internet. If not, all you
have to do is phone Microsoft and advise the representative that you
reinstalled Windows and they'll reactivate it over the phone for you.
