Office XP programs asking for product key

I am having issues opening my office programs. Each time I
try and open excel, outlook, or word I am asked to enter
the product key. When doing so, the program either
freezes up or ends up in the same cycle. I am also
missing all programs in my add/delete program list. My
printer also keeps uninstalling itself. I do not have
issues with the internet or other non office programs.
