Office XP Problem

I recently had to reinstall XP Home. I then reinstalled Office XP Small
Business, and have been having a problem.
Every time I open a component of Office, such as Word or Excel, I get a
message box titled "Installing components for Microsoft Excel (or Word)".
The box then shows a progress bar and the message "installing a Microsoft
Excel Feature". This happens EVERY time I open one of the Office
components. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

When you re-installed Office did you select to run
everything from the HardDisk or did you leave some to run
from the CDROM or what?
