office XP PIA

I downloaded the office Xp Pia from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...1e-3060-4f71-a6b4-01feba508e52&displaylang=en
post all the .net 2 update.

I notices the PIA has some older dlls. How do I go about updating them?
have I downloaded the right one for .net 2?
