The issue that I am having is when a user reads an e-mail
from their inbox and then closes that e-mail it is
automatically deleted. It is not moved into the deleted
items folder. It is not saved in any other location. It
just seems to be gone. All patches and updates are up to
date for Office. Any help is greatly appreciated.
