Office Update site very large fonts.

I'm helping a person with a laptop and when they access office.microsoft.com
the Fonts are very large on this site and this only. It's on an HP Pavilion
laptop with 17 inch widescreen and I've gone in and deleted the cookies,
temporary internet files and reset the web settings and changed the Security
from Custom to Medium but none of this helped. Any suggestions? Ever other
web page looks just fine but for some reason the Microsoft Office site
doesn't come up.
 
In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...General tab, Accessibility button.
Uncheck everything there, Okay out.
