Office shortcut bar missing

My computer is missing the office toolbar (I'm using Win
XP Pro)- I don't mean it's not visible; I'm actually
missing the files that would allow me to "open office
document" or "new office document." Is there somewhere I
can download the needed files?

go to program files/microsoft office/office10 and you should find it. Hope
this helps.
