Office settings

Start-Settings-Printers

What has this to do with Office?
If you think it is Office related, then try the Office group and
mention your version of Word or Office.

I am not sure about the relation. I just got this message.
I would like to have A4 as print default. Now I seam to have Letter and I
need to redo the parameters every time. Any ideas?

have you set A4 as the default in your Printer Settings? Also the default
install of Office is letter - change that as well.

And if you had replied in your original thread, posted just one day back, we
would all be further along now.
#1. Change the setting in Office to make A4 the default so that the display
will show content formatted for A4 rather than Letter size. Click on 'File'
and select 'Page Setup', choose A4.

#2. Change the printer setting to A4 for paper size. Click on the 'Start
Menu', click on 'Printers and Faxes'. Right click on the correct printer,
click on properties, click on the 'Printing Preferences' button, select A4
in the 'Size is:' box. Give this setting a name in the 'Print Task Quick
Sets' (if applicable for your printer), click on 'Save', click on 'Apply',
click on 'OK'.
