I need to set up a planner to show up to 10 members of staff when they are on
holidays. There could be 2 or more people off on the same day? Any advice
welcome

One option is have your Exchange Admin create a Public Folder - Vacation
Calendar. The permissions of who has access and what type of access can be
determined. For instance perhaps all vacation request come to one person
who then enters the data but everyone can view it.

A public folder can be viewed by any person that is chosen and can also be
viewed in Outlook Web Access.

I'm using office 2003 and Exchange 2003. Once this is setup may also
want to custozime the color label for each person. This allows for a
quick glance of who is doing what based on color coding, just a
suggestion. Set this up for a client and they were and are very pleased.

I am sure there are other solutions as well.
