Can you use office outlook & outlook express together to download mail?
What is the difference between the two as far as email?
How do I set up outlook express to automatically tell people I am on vacation?

You can, but only ONE can be your default email client.

Not a lot. The major difference is in the way mail is stored - Outlook
uses one *.pst file, whereas Outlook Express uses many *.dbx files - one
for each mail folder

You need to set up a rule - however, this means that OE must be up and
running 24/7, which means that you will reply to each and every spammer
that sends spam to you.
