Office message: Can't create your report

After upgrading from office2k to office2k3 my reports doesn't work I just get the message "cannot create your report" also design work doesn't work, has anybody a solution to this problem?
 
I would expect to have a longer error message. Have you defined a default
printer and is it available?

By selecting another default printer everything works again :-) But what is wrong with my printer???? The printer that didn't work is a HP Laserjet 4000 TN and all my other programs can print to it, including word etc

Anyway thank you for solving my problem, now I only have to find a solution for my laser printer problem....
 
You may need to reinstall the printer drivers.

Problem solved! The printer is on a server and the default driver was an old one, so I installed the printer manually and choose my own driver and vupti! it works.
