office menu in ie

If I open a Word document in IE6 the menu changes with
Word options.
How can I make that happen when I open a document (.doc)
in a frame of an html page?

I don't think you can do this as a FRAME is not a Window object and has no
Toolbar that the embedded Active X object (in this case Word) can navigate
the menus.
