Office Mac 2004 Update 11.3.9

Like to keep Office as up to date as possible and have downloaded and
installed this update. States has been installed, however Word etc. still
report version as 11.3.8.

Should it not read 11.3.9 if installation was successful?

Even if the .NET Framework was supported on the Macintosh, your
question would still be off-topic in this newsgroup.

You should find a newsgroup where your question is on-topic. For
example, a newsgroup pertaining to the installation and use of Mac
Office 2004.
