Office install - basic question

Seeing there appears to be no Office XP NG, (for either 2002 or 2003), I'll
ask here.

If I have Office 2000 Pro installed, can I install either of the others over
the top or do I have to uninstall 2000 first?

Office XP = Office 2002

During the Office 2003 installation, the setup routine will detect
the earlier version of Office and ask you whether or not to remove it.
