Office Help Web Site font sizes

I find that on my laptop the font sizes on the Office Help Web Site are extremely large. It does not happen with other sites. Even making the font the smallest and changing the screen resolution does not help

Is it my laptop or something else?

It was the high contrast thing in accessibility
