This page is to big to view as a whole despite using the smallest setting in
the view menu. This is the only web page that giving me a problem

Under the 'things to do' heading on that page there is an URL where you can
'comment on this web page'. There's probably a much greater chance that the
people responsible for maintaining that page will see your comment if you
post it there. If you do, you may also want to explain in a little more
detail what the problem is. I took a look myself, and can't see anything
wrong with the layout of that page.
