It appears that the search function is not returning any posts from 2010.
Does anyone know how to bring this to Microsoft's attention?

Thanks,
Bruce

Good catch. I've noticed in the past that the returns don't seem to be
sorted. It would be nice to have them sorts by date in descending order so
that the most recent solutions are on top.

However I don't know the answer to your question.

We have done so... repeatedly.

Search hasn't worked right... ever. It hasn't worked at all, for months, to my
knowledge. EMail notification is also broken. Sometimes it doesn't even post
messages that you send, or tells you that it failed to do so even though it
succeeded.

There are some good folks at Microsoft but this webpage is simply not high
enough on their agenda to fix, it seems.

HOWEVER... the webpage is *not* the only way to see the questions and answers
on this group! "Newsgroups" were around before there even was a world wide
web, and all these Access questions are on Newsgroups; the webpage is just a
"newsreader", and not a very good one at that!

You can use a Newsreader program of your own: Windows Mail and Outlook Express
include newsreaders (search the Help for "Newsgroup"). Just point the news
server to msnews.microsoft.com. There are many other newsreaders (I use Agent
from www.forteinc.com); there are also many third-party websites which "slurp"
newsgroup messages, displaying the same ones as those on Microsoft's website.

Ironically I receive an "Access Denied" error trying to hit that page from
here at work. I also can't use a newsreader; therefore, I have to use the
clunky web page. I bet I'm not the only one in that boat.

On the plus side, I get to see the MVP icon next to my replies. Makes it
nice to follow-up back on them (especially since "Notify me of replies" isn't
working).

Another day in paradise.....
