Not sure what Help files you're seeing but all the ones I see tell you
exactly what to do and it's the same thing I told you to do. Access the
Office Button from any open Outlook Item > Editor Options > Popular. Pick
whatever Color scheme you want there.
You could also easily have done the same from any other Office application
you are using. You don't have to do it from Outlook.

Outlook's main interface did not get the ribbon or the new Office
interface in Office 2007. In will probably be in Office Next. Feel free
to continue to use Outlook as you did before. Everything is still there.
All the Outlook Item screens have the ribbon and new Office interface.

Hi Using Office 2007, the other components of Office such as Word &
Excel have a Microsoft Office Button, top left of screen. I don't get
this button with Outlook 2007 though.
I noticed this because I want to change the colour scheme, and it seems
that I have to do that through options available in that button.
Should it be there?
Thanks
Thanks Russ - interesting though, because I used the Help files to try to
find out how to change the colour scheme in Outlook, and they clearly
show using the Office Button to change this in Outlook.
Is there any way to change the colour system - I find the blue used to be
too "in your face"
Thanks
