Office Assistant

A long time ago, when I opened Outlook Express, the office
assistant would appear with a tip, and stay for the entire
time I was on Outlook. I didn't use my computer for a
long while, and now, when I sign on, the office assistant
does not appear. I cannot find anything in the Help menu
to help me make him reappear. Any suggestions?

Outlook Express doesn't have an Office assistant.

Outlook Express is not the same as Outlook.
