Office Assistant Characters

Hello,
I hope someone can help me. I have Microsoft Word 2002
and my OS is XP Home edition. I would like to install
more office assistant characters to choose from in Word
2002. I went to the Word 2002 Support Center for help
but it was no help at all. Does anyone know how to add
additional office assistant characters?
