I recently upgraded my Operating system to WIN2K
professional. I loaded Office 97 professional thereafter.

Now, when I try to start MSACCESS, I get an error which
says "Miscrosoft access can't start because there is no
license for it on this machine".

Can anyone let me know, what exactly the problem is ?
