Office 2007. Word/.../Envelopes + address icon = MS Word Not Worki

Using MS Vista 32.
Have run "Repair" for MS Office. Used MS checking of individual Office
Programs and message is that all are OK.
This feature worked well before I had to restore the Operating System and
reinstall MS Office.
I have received numerous messages that MS is closing and looking for an
answer but I haven't seen anything.
 
There is much more to your sad tale. Without knowing why you had to "restore
the Operating System and reinstall MS Office," I would never expect Outlook
to survive such brutal treatment until you created a new Outlook profile
from scratch.
