In the Tracking Options in Outlook 2007 you can set it to autoprocess blank
meeting responses - where it will update the tracking tab of the meeting then
automatically move the response to the Deleted Items folder. This works for
all meetings which you organize. However if you are a delegate for another
user's calendar and receive all their calendar responses - the autoprocessing
does not manage these responses for you. Very annoying if you are a
secretary and booking meetings for hundreds of invitees and have to process
each of these manually.
