office 2007 and live previews

I have vista home premium and office 2007 on an Acer notebook. When I have
documents open in Office programs, and I try to use live previews (the ones
that show up when you rest the pointer on each button on the taskbar)
sometimes a true preview of the open window will show, but most times it
just shows a generic icon on a grey background. Sometimes this happens for
all the open office programs, sometimes word will show correct previews
while the excel window right next wont show up in the preview, and sometimes
all office programs will malfunction in the same way.

Another side effect, possibly relevant, is that, when I use Flip3D, each
office document shows up as 2 windows, one with the name of the program with
a correct preview, and one with a generic icon on grey background with the
name of the document. If for example I have 3 spreadsheets open in excel, in
Flip3D I see the last used excel window wit the correct preview, and 3
additional windows with the generic icon. how can I fix this?

I have this same problem, and my laptop's specifications are also equal: Acer
on Home Premium version.
Also, the same this happens with Adobe Acrobat Reader. However, I think this
problem never happenes to me with Word, only Powerpoint and Excel, and only
when more than one document is opened (ie, two Excel documents lead to a
generic icon of Excel being shown instead of the correct live previw, and two
powerpoint document do the same)

I hope there's a correction somewhere for this, because more than just being
annoying, it really destroys all that live preview is about: choosing the
correct window without having to see the full name (or in case of equally
named windows)
