Office 2003 - task panel

How to remove task panel from reappearing again..and again and again. I've
uncheck the box under Tools->Options->View -> "Startup Task Panel" and Word
is still loading this annoying task panel.

Help!

Thanks Suzanne, it works! Finally the pain in the neck Task Panel is
gone....
