Shouldn't I of had this when I downloaded Windows XP SP2? Why am I getting
failed when windows try to update this? When I go to download it, it says it
can't be found on my computer. Do I have to redownload WindowXP SP2 again? I
see people are having allot of problems with this. What's up?

This is a service pack for Office 2003, and is separate from Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. No, you don't have to have it, unless you need the bug fixes and security updates for Office applications.

You are confusing Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003. They are
two completely seperate things. There is a Service Pack 2 (SP2) available
for both programs. If you don't have Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and more)
then you don't need the service pack for Office. If you have Office and the
update is failing then we need more information. What is the exact error
message?
