I receive powerpoint presentations on CD - I have Office 2003 and when I
print the presentation, the pages with inserted photos (not all pages are
photos) print in double images, stretched across the page, one under the
other. I have been advised it is a Microsoft glitch with no fix.

It actually seems to be isolated to a few printer drivers that are the problem.
Contact your printer manufacturer to see if there is a new driver available.

There is no driver update available for this model of printer.
If the image is imported into the presentation in CMYK mode, no duplication
of the image occurs. However, if the image is imported into the presentation
in RGB mode, the duplication will occur.
This only occurs under PowerPoint 2003, under PowerPoint 2000 the images
print fine no matter what mode the images are in.

Any ideas what might have been changed in the upgrade from 2000 to 2003,
perhaps in Color Management?
