Because many third parties do not fully test their printer
drivers for use on a terminal server, many installed print
drivers cause unstable behavior and can cause your system
to crash. If I were you, I would totally remove that
printer driver from your system and use the printer driver
that came with the Windows 2000 disks.

Also, I would edit your ntprint.inf file to force the
terminal server to use a certain driver for the client's
printer.

Thanks Matthew for the reply...

I was thinking the same thing pertaining to the printer driver... however
this is a hp 4000 printer and I am using the hp supplied drivers - nothing
fancy at all.. perhaps I will check for any new printer drivers.

I'm also using the ntprint.inf file as well... and will tweak it if need be

I've had some experience with the 4000 and 4500 drivers
from HP, and I experienced some crashed spoolers and blue
screens. If I were you, I would stick to the drivers that
came with the Windows 2000 disks, rather than the ones you
can download from HP's website.
