I have just created a document using office word.So now I want to save it,
but I want to save the document on my pc as a normal j peg, so that I can
open it up again by using another application. At the moment, when I save the
doc it saves it as a word doc and therefor will only open back into word
doc.Hope you understand what I mean and hope there is an easy solution.

There is a utility for sale at this site:
http://www.print-driver.com/howto/converting/convert_microsoft_word_document_to_jpg.htm

Or, you can scan the document?

Sorry to be bit of a thick wit, but can you tell me what you mean by scan
the document....and with what program, as |I do not understand how this would
help me transfer from a word doc to a j peg?
Thank you for your other answer by the way. I didnt realise that the program
was so expensive.

HI!
While I am not a regular user of Word, I tried what you want to do, an
I do not think it's possible to save a document in Word in "jpeg" forma
(which is a format to save pistures in).
By the by, Why do you want to save a text document as a picture?
However I just did a quick copy of a word document and pasted it int
"Paint", an other Windows application, (very basic) and saved it ther
in "jpeg" format.
As I understood you want your document to be universally available
well I though Word was fairly universal, but if think not, then th
best way is to save it as an Adobe "pdf", but if you do not hav
access to that, just save it as a plain text document, with "txt
extention. You will of course lose all formatting and tables etc.
More info would help!
